Building an effective website is a lot like building a house. Laying a solid foundation, and following a clear blueprint is essential to finishing on time and on budget.

Through a simple 5 step process, we identify clear milestones, and require feedback from you at the completion of each phase.

After you sign off on each phase, we move to the next, and the next, until the project is finished.

Following this formula will allow most websites to be completed within 2 to 3 weeks.

Phase 1 - Consultation

Determination of needs, and agreement of an overall strategy. A standard contract, and 50% deposit is required to begin work.

Phase 2 - Planning & Direction

A blueprint, or site map, is drafted which will be the content outline for the entire project.

At the end of this phase, all content, photos, logos, and other material must be supplied to us in order to complete on time.

Phase 3 - First Draft

Now the fun part! The first draft of the website begins in earnest, using all elements supplied to us.
This is where careful planning and strategy pay off in a big way!

Phase 4 & 5- Completion & Support

Once complete, you will be asked to review the site for accuracy. Changes should be minor since we've followed a plan from the start!

Support and updates are included for 2 weeks. Maintenance plans are available.
